In the life of the public's community, the law was one term only and not something that intentionally was looked for and aimed at being understood so as to have the impression cared was unconcerned for most people about what in fact the law then not surprising when many distortions that happened concerning the understanding of the law this was caused of the shortage of the understanding about what in fact the law. One of the causes was from the aspect of education that was low as well as was supported with the shortage of delivery from the government in fact when being understood the emphasis could happen not order in the community.
