In the life of the public's community, the law was one term only and not something that intentionally was looked for and aimed at being understood so as to have the impression cared was unconcerned for most people about what in fact the law then not surprising when many distortions that happened concerning the understanding of the law this was caused of the shortage of the understanding about what in fact the law.
